I have played and beat Fallout: New Vegas On The Xbox 360 about two or three times already! I recently puchased Fallout: New Vegas for the PC because I wanted it for travel and mods and stuff like that! Now I am not that great when it comes to the controls, so I was wondering if there is or is it possible to get a mod that I can rank up to Level 30 right after installing the mod or my first rank up will give me like unlimited points or something or whatever the highest level is since I am not getting any of the DLC!
