mod manager is saying access denied to cas.03.cas ...how do i fix it?

Untick the "read only" box in the properties of your DAI folder.

I did as you proposed but for me the problem lingers.

I noticed that once I aply the "unticking" of the "read only" and close it, but as I open it again the properties windows apears as if I didn't do any change to the "read only" box

 

Just do the unticking and the execute as admin DAIModManager.exe it works like a frakking charm.
