LE Imidiate location name's removel mod?

I've been getting back into Skyrim, and trying tweak it so it's just right.

and I feel that if I could remove all the names for locations you can go to, that are right in front of you. It would make you have to get a bit more of a feel for the world. To me that'd enrich the experience.

Things like the city gates. They don't display the city name, you simply see the option of entering at most. And apply that to every "door"/cell in the game.

How hard would that be? Is it realistic?
