I finished bloodmoon and the Capt of the fort died in the hunt thing but I want him to be alive is there anyway to make it like he never died?

Well if you're a werewolf and don't want to kill him, the trick is to way until you turn back from being a werewolf and he won't notice you're a werewolf and attack you. After you leave his zone, you may turn at your heart's content, because I -think- Heart's Fang won't give you the "detect known werewolf" however this is unconfirmed.
