How to Uninstall Oblivion if Uninstall errors

It is actually quite simple.

Delete all the files of oblivion MANUALLY! Very easy to do, actually. (Yes, mods have to be deleted with data folder too. WinRAR should save these for later)

Then eject the disk in put it back in. When 'Run OblivionLauncher' shows up, click the show folders icon. Click on the folder that says setup under the picture.

There you go :)

Just a few missing things here - like savegames, all the junk in the registry, etc.

 

Workj your way through Bben46's procedure to finish the cleanup (and optionally reinstall it someplace else).
