Newbie question regarding mods load order

Salutations learned gamers; I am very new to adding mods in fnv, I've been playing vanilla along with WME and had no problems thus far. Recently i've downloaded an array of mods which will hopefully overall my new vegas experience  and whilst downloading them i've attempted some research on which mods to put in the load order using FOMM. Below is list of the mods i intend using.

NVSE Flashlight, iHUD, Weapons Retex (WRP), Stutter remover, Project Nevada (v2), WME, New Vegas Bounties I, Nevada Skies

Using the recommended order stipulated by nVamp, i assume that the following load order should provide the 'least' amount of problems (hopefully none);

01.FalloutNV.esm

02.DeadMoney.esm

03.HonestHearts.esm

04.AWorldOfPain.esm

05.ProjectNevada.esm

06.WME.esm

07.iHUD.esm

08.FNVToolkit.esm (for flashlight)

09.WRP.esm/esp ?? (cant view the actual file ext at the moment)

10.NewVegasBOunties.esp

11.ProjectNevadaCyberware.esp

12.NevadaSkies.esp

13.WME.esp

14.Project Nevada FlashlightNVSE.esp

Could someone please tell me if the load order appears correct, and or give guidelines as to what should go where? Also, since most of these mods are part of nVamp, im assuming that they will not be in conflict with eachother but if someone can give me any forewarning i would be much obliged.

Many Thanks, Sled

I did a bit more searching and found the Nexus wiki on load orders along with the BOSS tool. Hopefully i'll be able to do it without any hassles. PS, i love this nexus, i hope to become a regular contributor, even if only providing constructive criticism to all the wonderful modders on here, i salute you all!
