changed computer parts/os now mods don't work

unsure if i'm just dumb but yesterday i upgraded my pc and got a new graphics card, a 250gb ssd and upgraded to windows 10. after doing this and getting everything set up the way i wanted i tried to launch fallout 4 and everything worked fine until i tried to play the game when it informed me that my save was missing some content and it then listed the mods i installed. i'm unsure what broke it but the fine that has the mods and fallout haven't changed at all (same drive same file didn't delete completely the same] but for some reason i can't use them at all. the things i have tried from random google searching was changing the name of fallout 4 to fallout4launcher and fallout4launcher to fallout4launcher1 and that didn't change anything and i also heard that there is a problem with mods disabling but that's not the problem with mine as my mods don't disable at all they just don't work. I tried putting my mod files and nexus mod files onto my ssd and changing the directory that it uses/places mods to my ssd but that also didn't change anything. i didn't opt into the survival beta so it's not that either. at this point i have no clue and have run out of ideas to try to fix it so i figured i'd post it here to see if anyone else has dealt with this and knows a fix for it. thanks in advance for any advice on my problem.

further information i found. i think the problem is that it's deciding to load a different file when looking for the mods because i have checked all the errors that i could find on this and have done tests for each one and it passes all the tests. the only thing that i could think of that's left would be that it's just loading the wrong file or loading the proper file but not the mods inside of it.

i fixed the problem. i just had to relocate everything and reload/ re activate mods
