How do iswitch difficulty level on the fly?

I would liek to switch from the Normal difficulty level to the easy one. How do i do that? Thank you very much for your help.

When you are in game, 'ESC' and then 'Game Options'...you will see the difficulty level setting on top. I do not think there is a way to change difficulty 'on the fly', but I could be wrong.
