replace daylight with dawn/dusk light levels or rad-storm

Tried looking through Nexus to see if this mod was already out there but either i overlooked it or it isnt there.

 

 

Basically what i wanted was darker nights which there are already mods for. But the main thing is i want daylight taken away and instead replaced with mid-dawn/mid-dusk light levels. If that isnt possible then maybe instead of normal daylight you get a rad storm that does no radiation damage so it would just cover up the light during the day.
