Most of my mods will not work after installing Photorealistic Commonwealth...

Last night I installed the Photorealistic Commonwealth mod and ending up deactivating several environment mods that I knew would clash with it. I decided to uninstall PRC and reactivate the old mods, but I think I may've messed something up during this process because now when I go in to play the game most of my mods are gone. In particular, there are some seemingly unrelated mods that I did not deactivate when installing PRC that do not work in-game anymore (specifically, "Danse GTFO Power Armor" and "OLD WORLD RADIO - BOSTON"). However, my custom vault suit mod works just fine. I've tried uninstalling those two specific mods and reinstalling and even creating a new character, but to no avail.

 

Any help would be muy appreciated.
