How do I add spells to NPC via the CS?

Also, how would I put a spell for sale via a certain npc?

you open the NPC and click on the spells tab then you choose the spell and drag it into it

 

1. Click in the file branch area, Actors, NPCs

2. Double click on wanted NPC

3. Then click, Magic, Spells

4. Open the spells tab on your NPC

5. Drag desired spell into the NPC's spell area
