Runtime Check Failure #3- The variable 'nifID' is being used w

I feel like an idiot.... The reason my screen looks like the above is because:

 

1. I have OBGEv2 and Oblivion Graphics Extender Support.esp enabled

2. I just contracted the Vampire disease

 

using the OBGEv2 tool in my inventory I can turn these effects off.
