Crash on settlement menu

I haven't played fallout in a while . Now, any time I open the settlement menu, the game crashes to the desktop. A bonus would be to increase the load time as well. It can take up to 10 minutes for the game to load it from the main menu. I got the DLC and updated both F4SE and Fallout 4. I haven't done any major optimizing changes and barely done any modifications to the ini file.

Edit: Found the solution from another page. Had to rename the Workshop.swf file
