Mods disabled themselves after game session

So I was in the middle of a twitch stream, something went wrong in the settlement so I tried to restart the game.
Was about to post on here about it, when I went to take a picture of my load order, and all the mods were disabled when I checked it.

Heads up for everyone, in case this happens to you too and you don't know what's going on. (you just have to re-enable them in plugins in Nexus Mod Manager, nothing stops you, but it's weird that it turns off)

If anyone knows how to stop this from happening could you reply with the solution? I'd really appreciate it :D
