Annoying CTD [Apparently Random]

Hello, I'm using a moderately modded Steam version of Oblivion.

 

I mainly use Mod Organizer to manage mods, though in some cases I use OBMM or manual install where necessary.

 

The problem is I'm having a CTD with a specific crash log randomly.

 

Here is how it goes,

When walking, loading, traveling I suddenly get this crash:

The next time loading my last save game, I will repeatedly get the same crash within 10 seconds unless I make a new save game and load that game.

However, I was doing the "Brotherhood Betrayed" quest and had to sleep in Olav's Tap and Tack for an hour, every time I got CTD when I was supposed to wake up.

Leaving the cell saving and loading that game didn't help.

I'm almost out of options, I use LOOT to organize my mods and practically all of my mods are well-maintained essential mods. Here's my load order:
