walk/run animation replacers, and the speed attribute

Animations cannot deactivate speed attributes. They can only go faster/slower/longer/shorter by definition, but than they always do it, multiplied with the players/NPC's speed attributes.

 

The only way to do it (I don't know, if and how the calculated speed can be influenced) is to define several walk/run animations, and the activate them based in your current stats.
