Troubleshooting not finding my CTD's

So recently I have started to have A LOT of CTD's. They seem tied to an area, and if I do basic troubleshooting by turning off mods until CTD's stop I start to feel like I get somewhere. Problem is I can turn them off until CTD's stop. I may find a mod acting up, like simple clothes seem to be causing a CTD, and later JC Bikinis. But most of the time when I start turning stuff back on I get all the way back to the bottom with out recreating the CTD. (Simpleclothes I was using a vanilla version, changed to a CBBE, seems to be working now)

 

Not sure what all will help with issues like this, the CTD's seem to start right around when I started using Weaponsmith and Automaton DLC was downloaded. The 2 could be related but I'm not sure. At one point I did find some corrupted meshes for an installed weapon causing a CTD, but that process turned up no other mesh corruptions.

 

Earlier today I was reliably crashing at Concord, but after doing troubleshooting listed above it magically started to work, now crashing an Tennpines. Hoping I could get pointed towards more reliable troubleshooting, or tools that could help me find the mod acting up.
