Disable Combat Regen

It doesn't matter if it is or isn't a perk, I just need to know how it functions. I'll try and take a look at it when I get home. I'm working on pistol whipping/bashing though this evening so I may not get around to it anytime soon.

As far as I understand him,he seems to have a perk that makes his health regenerate like in Call of Duty,but he wants the perk to only regenerate his health outside of combat.

You want his mod's ability/perk disabled unless your out of combat? If you want someone else's mod altered by me (or another mod author) they have to have open permissions or they need to grant permission to alter their work.

Without that permission you will be required to do it yourself and only for personal use. Find out how the ability/perk works by locating it in the geck, then use the isInCombat function on the player (in a script) to enable/disable it.

unfornutaly i dont have geck nor i cant open it due my old pc it gave me error or crash whenever open geck due my system (windows xp)

edit :nevermind im looking right now it has opened somehow
