ccmechanic2
there is a program that is installed in to the game, off hand I can not remember it's name, but what it does is display the engine codes on screen during game play, it will show you what gets called just at the moment your PC takes to the water and aa kicks in. Look in the fo3 utilities catalog, you may find it there and it may work for NV too. Darn it I can't remember it's name.

I sent it to you email.I did notice up where I am working under the mountain way down you see the water level and whatever they did for the spring. It seems every time I put in my water and it crosses the lines they have pow I get the extra up top. Any idea on how to edit the default spring so that wont happen? ccmechanic2
Ok, I have something you can try, You need to have the authors name filled in, do you want me to put this sites name you use or the one from your E-mail ? Now that I have fixed it, I will bring it up in the geck after I name it for you, Then send it back, for a look see, it may be set back to default But I found 473 meshes altered through out the grid from this mod. Your hand must have slipped or it happen to quick for you to see what it did. But I put things back where they should be. With this, you can resume your project. So what name shall I use? stevie70
oh, ok, that a hole in the ground with water in it, near where the underground hide out is located, send a screen shot of what you have so I can see it.i'm pretty sure what you're talking about is what i'd consider a bug in the geck (i don't see in whatever way this might be a feature anyhow), where, when you move placeable water on the z-axis in an exterior, it raises autowater to your placeable water's height, not all the times, but most for whatever reason. i don't know how to avoid this behaviour either, but one thing i can tell you is, you can change everything back to normal by right clicking the cell in the cell list and in the cell properties change autowater height back to where it was before (if you don't know the height, look it up in an unchanged version or look up the neighbour cells). if you z-move your placeable water again, autowater will again rise with it though - most of the times, but not all, for whatever reason again. so what i do, when i need exterior placeable water, is, workflow-wise: open cell properties, look up autowater height, keep it open. open placeable water's reference properties and, in the 3d-data-tab, set the position i want numerically (hint: cursor keys) - which causes the same autowater-effect when changing z - switch back to cell properties, reset autowater height to where it was by hand, so i can check my water's position, then close it's properties tab, done.still a pain in the ass though, so if anybody knows a better way around that, i'd be glad to hear it myself

ccmechanic2
You need to slow down a little, adding way to much stuff at one time, sort out the bugs first, I have all three loaded and there so much differences between them it can get hairy in there. I have found conflicts with some popular mods so far and they are sever ones not to be over looked, the crashing kind, So far the count is ( OFT ) , ( Dead Money ), ( IWR ), ( War Never Changes.esm ), ( All in world space areas.) So you have 4 mods that it does not agree with so far, and those are what I have. Ump ! What do you want me to do now ? wait, first tell me about what I sent back, does it work right or not, ah the wife dragging me away again, Be back in a few.
