tnade711 Posted April 3, 2016 Share Posted April 3, 2016 Does anyone know of a mod for fallout 3 (or hell even fallout new vegas) that allows me to do any of the following: Kidnap wastelanders and experiment on them/turn them into my monster abominationsForcibly convert wastelanders into my cyborg minions (other than RobCO certified) If anyone was to make this if it doesn't already exist I feel like it would have great potential!
