Gruffydd
While working on one of my mods, I found a sign for a place called "Mackie's Packie", but I don't remember seeing it in the game, and there's nothing in Google about it.Does anyone know where in the game it is found, and can you point me in the right direction? Thanks.
seekingthesun
I've exhaustively lookd through the list of unlabelled worldspace entries and there's a number of places that were started and not completely. I suspect that Mackie's Packie was a pre-war thing
PoliteRaider
Sorry but MackiesPackieSign01 [sTAT:000742BC] is not referenced anywhere in fallout4.esm
PoliteRaider
Oh wow, that's a bit of an easter egg. I went looking for what I could find and discovered this. In Boston a Packie is a slang reference to a place that sells alcohol. In 1917 there was a legal case called [Pardon of Mack Howard for carrying on business of retail liquor dealer without paying special tax] If you look at the journal for the law case in Boston University Library it's listed under... Md, Bethesda. Edited April 4, 2016 by PoliteRaider
