You could try the console command:

SetStage MQ13 30

This is the message you should get:

The Countess has ordered her men to let the Mythic Dawn open the three Gates, and to deploy for battle outside the city gates. Martin has gone to lead the defense of the city. I should proceed to the battleground at once, and protect Martin at all costs.

Where can i find all the consol codes?

Here is a list, but I can almost guarantee you that using the console to get to a certain part in the main quest isn't going to work. Even if you use the setstage command to force every single journal entry of the main quest in the correct order it's not going to work, because a large part of the scripting is done elsewhere.

The only option is downloading a savegame which is at the point you want to be, but I don't think there are any.

There are two things you can try to do.

You can

a) once you enter an oblivion gate type tai in console and run to the sigil stone (the enemies will stand there and do nothing), then type tai again after you close the oblivion gate. EDIT: I found out there are closeobliviongate and closecurrentobliviongate commands, select one or close the gate you're in instantly.

b) What I did once was get two cities involvement, then go to the battle of Bruma. You will only have 2-3 City guards helping you, and the rest will be Bruma Mercenaries, who are only good for wearing down the enemies fatigue. So once you are there, go into console, click on one of the city guards than type 'createfullactorcopy' in console, this will make a duplicate of the guard and you can make as many as you want (I Only made 10 total guards so I wasn't completely cheating, I just didn't feel like running through 5 more oblivion gates). The duplicated guards act a bit differently than the original ones, they don't run back to their starting spot when there are no enemies, but it's just a small problem, and doesn't affect anything.
