Auto viewpoint switch when aiming a weapon.

I like to run around the wastelands in third person view most of the time, but the actual aiming of weapons doesn't seem all that accurate to me.

 

Is it possible/is there a mod that would automatically switch to first person aim down the sights when holding right mouse button with a weapon drawn while in 3rd person, then switch back to full third person when the mouse button is released?

 

I'd have a go at doing it myself, but I don't really know where to begin :(

I "think" you can do that by setting "Iron Sights always on" in the game options.
