Would it be possible to have a new race that has the innate ability of telikenisis? Having a starting spell be something like a force push sort of spell, or a command creature and human spell

Nothing to big, maybe 10-20 feet. The race wouldn't be cut out for fighting, so it would have to rely on it's spells to protect it from harm.

They would have high intellgence and willpower, low strenght (duh) and endurance. Be proficient in all of the magic based skills (having more illusion and alteration), able to resist most magic (like 40-50% resistance) while having a 20% weakness to weapons.

It's basicly a race that's mentaly superior then all other races, so it relies of manipualtion of other's minds to get what it wants, whether it's information, money, or just plain entertainment.
