mikeya963
I'm a fairly experienced modder, but this one has totally stumped me. After installing some new mods, the two newest being AP and FOSE, I noticed something strange. I had a female nude female body( which i never installed), and messed up male textures/meshes. SO i decided to just try and overwrite it with a different type3 body. Nothing changed. I then uninstalled AP and FOSE. Didn't work either. I couldn't understand why the body wouldn't go away. I eventually go so frustrated I uninstalled Fallout 3 and all of it's files, and also all of FOMM's files. I reinstalled the game, created a new save, and had no mods whatsoever installed. Every file was completely new. I load up the save, and everything was fine. I go to turn ArchiveInvalidated on, and boom the body is back like magic. I honestly don't get how the nude body is in a completely fresh install with no mods. Any help would be great!. Thanks.
RuaDragonheart
Have you tried looking through the mesh and texture folders in the Fallout 3 data directory? IIRC, a fresh install with no mods whatsoever shouldn't have those folders. If they're there, then you didn't get rid of the files, especially if you didn't delete the entire folder directory when you uninstalled it. The weird part is, I deleted every single piece of Fallout 3 content I could find on my computer. The Fallout 3 folder was completely gone after the uninstall. That's where is tripping me up. Somehow the file keeps coming back.
