b5icepick Posted July 30, 2007 Share Posted July 30, 2007 Hello community, I am asking for anyone who is good at mesh editing, especially physiquing meshes so they move with bodies, to give me a hand on my creation. What I have is a mod I did this spring called "The Normans", a custom race and armor mod where the player is a Norman from 11th century Earth, teleported to Tamriel by some unseen power. I created custom sword, shield and helmet meshes for this and used stock Oblivion meshes, retexturing them, for the rest of the gear. What I need is for someone to edit the standard Elven Cuirass from OB to include a mail hood which my Norman Helm can fit over. All I am using right now is a static/stiff mesh from Bob's Armory for my mail hood. I would prefer that this new physiqued hood be part of the cuirass and not the helm, as I would like to be able to remove the helm and see the character with just the mail hood at times. But beggers can't be choosers - I'll take whatever help is offered, and will give you full credit on my mod's page (I'm afraid praise and recognition is the only reward I can offer). I have tried using some physiqued mail coifs in existing but failed to make any of them work - vertex weighting is beyond my skillset at present.
