XCOM2 non-human soldeirs

I don't know how hard it would be because I do not mod myself but I have seen people create Mass Effect aliens through the use of helmets, I was wondering if anyone might be able to make animal heads for the soldiers, not unlike those from GTA V or the hundkopff from TF2 Start with the basics, Wolf/dog then cat, then a bird, and a dragon/ lizard.

 

For the TES V Skyrim fans, I want to be able to send a squad of Argonians to destroy the ADVENT blacksites. Any other Ideas/comments. Would love to see this here and/or the steam workshop.

How about playable mecs, vipers, mutons, berserkers, and now andromedons?

I have seen that mod but I was looking for something less lore friendly. I think that will be fun though thank you for the suggestion Davidlallen.
