Conflicting Mods and Ghoul Question

Hello all. I just got back into my FO3 game after almost 2 years of not playing it. As I was playing vanilla FO3 2 years ago, I decided to download some realism mods to give me a better experience in the wastelands. I am familiar with Oblivion mods, mod installation, and mod tinkering but not familiar with FO3 modding. I am trying to do exactly what I did in Oblivion (make game world more realistic with mods) in FO3. I tried to follow some guides I found on the internet and stuff I learned from Oblivion mods to install the mods I downloaded for FO3. I don't know if I installed them correctly or what. For example I don't see ammo weights. Can somebody take a look a the short list of mods I downloaded and installed (correctly I think) and tell me if they know or experienced any conflicts between them. The last half are from the jaynus realism mod in case it looks long.

 

Here is the list of mods I downloaded and the load order I have them in as it looks in Fallout Mod Manager:

I know I should probably be using these mods with a new game and fresh start. I just don't feel like starting all over again. Thank you for your help.
