Weird problem at Covenant, Swanson won't talk

Hi,

 

Well, I think the title says it all, I've recently started playing Fallout 4 for the 2nd time, this is the first time I used mods with Fallout 4, so far it wen't pretty smoothly, except for some minor mod related bugs that I managed to solve one or way or another.

 

The problem is, I just reached Covenant for the first time in this playthrough and the guy at the entrance, Swanson his name I believe, he won't speak, he just stands there doing nothing.

 

I tried to disable my mods & loading the saved game with only the base Fallout 4.esm & the automatron DLC esm files enabled but the problem remains.

 

Any idea what can be done to solve it or bypass it?
