Settlement Keywords and NX Pro Farming overriding vendor lists and NXPF update question

Settlement keywords moves vendors into resources and NXPF overrides it. I've been playing with NXPF v1.5.4 when I tried to update NXPF to 1.65.4 the vendor list seems to show up normally but I get a warning telling me NX Pro Farming.esp, NX Pro Farming.esp -harvest overhaul.esp, and NX Pro Farming.esp - harvest maximixer.esp are missing.

 

So the tl:dr version is it safe to update NXPF from 1.5.4 to 1.65.4? Also how safe would it be to just remove settlement keywords?

Isn't NXPF dependent on SK? I would try to uninstall SK and load it after NXPF.
