Problem with the Creation Kit

I got a problem with the CK.

As it can be seen in the pic, the preview window is too thin. I can't expand it by dragging either.

I already deleted the SkyrimEditorPrefs.ini, edited the iPreviewH and iPreviewW, as instructed in this thread: http://www.gamesas.com/preview-window-frozen-can-not-maximize-t258108.html , but to no avail.

I know it can be done since the posters in that thread had low resolutions (1024x768).

Any help on this?
