Settlement Management

Two of my favourite genres have always been RPGs and strangely enough managment/tycoon games, when fallout 4 got announced that's what I thought it'd be more like.

But as we know, it's moreso Build up a settlement, make it defendable and sustainable and once that is finally done and it's connected with a supply line, the job is done and you don't really have a reason to go back to that settlement unless you use the workbenches there (which I didn't on my first play through, I had red rocket as my own personal workshop.)

What I'd like to see, and I really hope a proper modder interested and other mod users of course, is more management functions in a settlement, maybe diffusing debates, or taking Radiant AI quests from settlers (that aren't always the same, kill this, save my cousin, come bowling with me) but things like "I'd like to become a tailor" so you endeavour to make them a tailor, like moving them to another settlement because that one already had one, set them up the stall. Things that make quests out of the settlement system and raise a lot of problems and situations that weren't available in Vanilla Fallout 4.

I can't really think of many situations and such that are possible or would be interesting in the game, so if you're interested to, please do share your ideas.

But I would like to see a mod that does someone like this, makes settlements feel more alive and make them something you can care about and want to manage.
Probably a mod that would cater to a smaller audience admittedly.
