Rainbow/Pixelated Textures

Hello,

 

I recently moved from a laptop to a PC, and reinstalled Fallout 4.

The game starts up fine, but upon loading a save file, I'm greeted with "rainbow block" textures all over the place, and weird, repeating textures on the wall. This is followed by a crash after moving around for a bit (I noticed that the crash happens much later If I don't move, but it still happens).

 

Things I have tried:

- Removing ENB

- Verifying files on steam

- Using %100 unaltered INI files

- Changing graphical settings

- Removing every last texture/lighting related mod I had

- Messing with the NVIDA control panel

 

None have worked so far.

Maybe it's a hardware issue?

 

Specs:

- Nvidia Geforce GTX 950 (2GB DDR3 RAM)

- 16GB DDR3 RAM (4x4 Sticks)

- Intel i5 Quad-Core Processor

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
