Khajiit missing torso and legs

I'm sure it's a mesh issue but I have no clue how. I am using a fresh installation of Skyrim and Mod Organizer, I've run FNIS and LOOT, and I've also went through my mod list disabling them one by one. Of course since it's a fresh installation LOOT let me know I still need to clean my EPs with TES5Edit, but none of the others showed up dirty. After trial and error I pin pointed the issue to having something to do with the Tania Project mod. Disabling any possible mods while keeping the Tania Project enabled doesn't seem to fix anything. Same thing with running a vanilla Skyrim with just Tania Project and its necessary mods enabled. This is my load order and mod list plus an image of the issue. I would really appreciate any help.
