Graphics are black and red

I'm baffled. I followed the video tutorial over at http://www.predcalibergaming.com/#!oblivion-1/etkrj, following every step methodically. I kept testing it the whole way through, until I finally finished everything and decided to boot up. When I load my game (or start a new one), everything is really dark, even during in-game day. I've taken some screenshots:

Here is my load order in TES Mod Manager, I've run BOSS and invalidated archives, etc.
