Mapping titles question

When I walk up to a door between cells where does the information about what is on the other side come from? Like "Door to Imperial City Market District". I need to figure this out because some of mine have obviously been over-written, since they now are in Russian. I'm fairly certain I can restore the original files if I can locate them, since I have most everything backed up somewhere.

Those are all the cell names found in the CS. I don't really think theres any way of restoring them short of a reinstall.

Not true. If the names of the cells are changed because of a mod (probably made with the russian version of the game, probably adding/changing something about that cell, then all you need to do is either clean the mod, or just disable it and ask the maker of the mod to clean it so that there aren't translation issues. Even if the cell name was manually changed within that game by use of a script, you could just use an earlier save.

If you know the name of the mod that caused to problem, you can edit that mod in the CS with whatever names you require. If it's a Russian mod, however, the amount of name changing that you'll have to do could be quite extensive, and may not be worth the effort. In that case do not reload that mod, during your next startup.

After a complete reassembly of the wreckage, analysts were heard to say "told ya the pilot had his head up his...."

The mod in question installed FOUR esps, and when I disabled it I only noticed THREE.

We will NOT discuss exactly what extremes I went to before posting the question, or what else I did between then and now.
