Missing Street Lamp Mesh after FCOM Install

So I decided to get Oblivion on Steam after losing my hard copy, and wanted to try out some mods. I went to The Steam FCOM Guide and followed the directions, but got kinda messed up when it came to MMM, mostly because the directions on the Steam forum and the ones on the FCOM website did not agree, so I'm fairly certain this is where my problem is. I'd never used WyreBash before, but I followed the instructions very carefully and didn't encounter any problems.

So, on to the bug. I started a new game in Cheydinhal and noticed upon exiting that all the street lamps have the massive yellow "missing mesh" blob. Any ideas what mod is causing this? I read a thread here that talked about the missing street lamps being caused by MMM, but the link to the bethsoft forums is dead now.

Here's the list of my mods at the moment:

To fix this problem, go into the CS and identify the form ID of the missing street lamp. Find out what mesh it uses. Go into your mesh directory and delete the mesh. This will make the game refer to the vanilla mesh. (If you had the CD, it would be referring to the mesh on the CD. I assume that with Steam you have a read-only vanilla Oblivion copy that acts as a virtual CD?)

The above solution is for if it is a texture replacer problem. Here are some solutions for if it is not:

(1) Build a patch mod to fix the symptom without finding the problem. Place the patch at the end of your load order so that it will override the defective mod, whichever on it is. The patch mod would be a simple unmastered patch with one edit. Create a dirty edit of the missing street lamp. Do NOT modclean and remove identical to master records from this patch.

(2) Build a conflictor mod just like the patch mod described in approach (1.) The sole purpose of this mod would be to create a mod conflict so that you could look at the conflict reports and figure out which mods edit the street lights.

(3) Slow trial and error and experimentation. Deactivate half of your mods. Play-test the street lights. If they are fixed, add mods until you break them. If they are not fixed, deactivate half of your remaining mods and test again. Keep doing steps like these over and over until you find the problem mod. When you find it, deal with it harshly.

The CS is otherwise known as "TES CS" or "The Elder Scrolls Construction Set for Oblivion." So it sounds like your skill level is that of a gamer and not that of a mod builder. So this solution would be the most appropriate for you to try:
