Say, in a scenario there are 5 syringes. 4 of them gives you rads when used, and one of them gives you a perk. You'll have to do stuff to figure out which one does what. I could have used the Damage Rads base effect, but when viewing the item on the Pip-boy, it shows what effect it does which ruins the whole point of the scenario. How can I do this?
