Game crashes when saving?

I can usually save a few times( like 2 ) but when I go to make a 3rd save the game always crashes. I am not using quicksaves or loads. Its even crashing when trying to save through the console. I haven't added any mods in a long time and this just started happening after I believe the last patch.

I can offer my mod a s help, it is in my signature here, I have a mod designed to stop the issue your having. Just make sure it is last in your load order and you should be able to play the game for quite some time. Just remember to remove it when you add more mod's to your game. The re-install it so it is always last.
