Heavier movement

You know, this is pretty much the opposite of what has been put up so far, and therefore I guess anyone wants, but I would like a mod with more restrictions on movement. If it's possible. I'd like it to take longer to break into a run, or to slow down from a sprint, I want a higher stamina drain from actions which drain it, and a weightier jump, I.e. faster moving and at with a lower jump arc. That I think is possible from what has been done so far.

Also, if possible, I'd like more actions to cost stamina. Basic attacks, jumping, etc. I want a more punishing flow. I don't know if that's doable, though.
