Trouble with a couple mods

I am using these 2 mods for Fallout 4 ( I am new to mods so not sure what to do next )

 

Create a New Settlement Anywhere and Scrap Everything

 

They are working fine except when I get into the wasteland I keep getting the " clear enemies from the area " warning.

 

Is there anyway to bypass this?

 

Driving me nuts lol
