LE Staff idle animation?

Hi, I know this is something people have talked about, but I thought I'd propose something specific. Basically, I would very much like to see an animation mod for holding a staff in a very simple way, basically like this:



I found this picture on some japanase site, there was no download link as far as I could tell, so I'm not sure what to make of that. This is perfectly what I'm looking for though. If this exists as a mod, I would be grateful if someone could point me in its direction.

I know there's something similar in this mod:

but I have several problems with it:

1. The staff disappears when I sheath my weapons. I would like it to remain there, like a shield would, like in the picture above.

2. If I don't have a weapon in the other hand, the character holds out his arm in a weird way, as if he wanted to brawl.

I'm wondering if someone could make a simple animation mod that addresses those issues.

On a side note, there is a mod that already adds staves that work like shields, ( http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/22691/? ) so if it's easier to just make an animation for those, when the weapons are sheathed, I would be very happy with that as well.
