FlyInMyMouth Posted June 27, 2011 Share Posted June 27, 2011 When I begin the game, it runs just fine, smoothly as ever, but right as Doc Mitchell gives me all my items and the pip-boy there is a sudden spike in Frame-rate, stuttering is massive, it is almost impossible to play the game like this.I purchased it through Steam, plus the Honest Hearts DLC. My system checks out perfect and can run it With NO problem.I run WIndows 7 x64 Bit, with a NVIDIA GeForce 210, I can play this on High setting.But I cannot even do anything, it just slows down to about 3 Frames, it's just a s***-storm. I tried the d3d9.dll fix, but to no avail.So please, if anyone knows a fix for this, please, PLEASE help me!(I have upgraded my drivers to newest settings, but it still doesn't work.)
