Simple wait/teleport mod

I was wondering if it's possible for anyone to make a simple mod that deletes the "countdown" timer during wait? For example if I want to wait 24 hours, I gotta watch the damn timer count down 24 times, which itself takes like 24 seconds, totally unnecessary and no idea why the game does that. It should simply go directly to the loading screen without that countdown bar.

Another simple mod request is to allow fast travel without any condition whatsoever (such as being "in the presence of enemies", "being chased by guards", etc). This limitation extremely annoying as sometimes I am like two loading zones away and it still says "cannot fast travel while enemies are around" (enemies run too slow), or if guards are stuck behind doors it still counts as them "near me".

4) Posting in a thread to simply "bump" it back to the top of the forum listings with no additional or useful content.

For your second request, just search "fast travel" on tesnexus and you'll find tons of them.

 

As for your first request, I'm not sure it's possible. NPCs are supposed to evaluate their packages every hour and if you try to get rid of the waiting time, then the game probably won't have time to go through all of them.
