blacksmithkazuma Posted June 28, 2011 Share Posted June 28, 2011 (edited) OK first.... specs. Running Windows 7 64 Bit. Running Oblivion and all other programs in XP SP 3 Mode and admin. I am trying to create a basic customer race, nothing special with a custom face texture. Everything works fine but I cant add Spells, Hair, or Eyes to the character in the CS and cant add anything at all to any of the other races as well. Can anyone help me I am so lost right now. I am such a dork... any mods see this please delete. I found the problem and it was the user not the program.
