ALEXANDERS WINGS http://www.tessource.net/files/file.php?id=5480 RING OF WINGS LEVITATIONhttp://www.tessource.net/files/file.php?id=7094 They are nice, however, when I fly around, the wings these mods gave me does not move/flapping. So I decide to make some animated wings. After some search, I found this: ANIMATED WING RESOURCEhttp://www.tessource.net/files/file.php?id=9720 The above resource contains a skeleton.nif file and a KF animation file, I imported this skeleton.nif (this gives skeletons/bones) and the anglewings.nif (which contains meshes for wings) from "alexanders wings", and rig the meshes to the bones. My works can be found here:http://homepages.ihug.co.nz/~harrynz/ The "WingsBeforeUV.blend" blend save file is my unfinished work. The others are exported nif files. The "Anglewingstest.nif" can be viewed in nifskope for animated wings.This is how I worked to this point:I deleted the original right wing first, and after I done with the weight painting for the left wing, I copied/mirror transform the left one to create a new right wing, and renamed its vertices groups' names to match the right side bones. Then export it to nif file and check in nifskope, the animation renders well after attach the jumploop.kf, but no UV mapping are done yet, so it won't work in game? I wish to use the original texture from alexanders wings mod. The problem here is there are 2 objects (2 wings), how do I map them both? When I select both in object mod, then switch to UV face select mode, but I can't AKEY to select all faces from both wings? It only allows me to select all faces from one single wing. How do I do it? And also, the original textures are .dds files, blender does't accept them?I am still new to all these 3D things. Can anyone help? Also, if anyone good at oblivion mods, can you take the work from here. What I intented to do, is to simply replace the non-animated "Anglewing.nif" from the original alexanders wings mod with a new animated one. Will this work? Please, please, someone make this work or tell me how. I love you all!
