Creating a Custom Character

I'm trying to create a custom character, and need a little help.

I want to combine the large black horns from the Permanent Horns Resource, the folded dragon wings from Alexander's Wings, and the hooves from Geechan's Hooves, so that they occupy a single slot, but still all show up on my character. I also want it to be part of the race, and not an equipable item.

If someone could do this for me, that would be great, or I would also accept links to tutorials on how to do it myself.

Hmm, I've almost finished it, but still I need permission from the creators of the mods to publish it also, I can't solve the hooves problem, I can only make it an armor or clothing item.

Edit : As I read about it more deeply, it don't seem possible to make it part of the race. It can be scripted like Khajiit feet, so it will be an invisible, unremovable item, that doesn't allow wearing boots, but I couldn't figure ou, which script is that.
