So you will never take any damage.

 

"Toggle God Mode" does something kinda like it, but comes with infinite items, carry weight and all of this other s#*!, that I am not too fond off, I just hate dying, I can deal with whatever else.

Try using TIM it is like TGM but in the fact you cannot die but you play as normal just when you health is low you will "go down" like invincible npcs.

I hear that TIM is unstable,at least it was on Skyrim.

When i was using a mele only character build in fallout, it seemed stable enough just you had to swap perspective and holster /draw weapon to stand up. It seems more stable than it was skyrim.
