"Is master file: no"

All right. I am a relative newb when it comes to PC's. I am not an IT person so most of this I try to learn on the fly. I added several mods, virtually all of them "mainstream", and when I run the odmm new conflict detector , I get the message "Is master file: no" messgae with the red colors indicating a conflict of some sort. I have just played a good chunk of the tutorial and see no obvious problems. Is this something I can ignore? It gives me that message for about 10 mods, almost all of them associated with OOO.

Thanks in advance.

If its in OOO, you can probably ignore it. OOO changes many things in Oblivion, so its bound to conflict. Use BOSS (Better Oblivion Sorting Software) to make sure though.

While that is a good idea, I have used BOSS before, and it is like speaking Latin to me. I don't think BOSS's target audience would be someone with my level of programming background.
