Big Problem With Francesco's (I think)

Alright so I'm an Infantryman currently deployed to Afghanistan and I don't have very regular access to the internet. Maybe a couple times a week I can get on for 30 minutes, but that's about it. I've spent like the last 4 weeks downloading mods for Oblivion (I have a download manager that lets me resume normal downloads), but now I can't get certain parts of them to work. It's driving me crazy!

 

The problem is (I'm pretty sure) with Francesco's. Any of the new armor or weapons added in his mod show up as a giant yellow exclamation point. I've been told that this means I'm missing some meshes. How can I be missing meshes, and where can I get these meshes? Like I said, I don't have a lot of internet time so I hoped maybe someone here could point me in the right direction. I have 1.2 installed.

 

I have OMM and I've been told you can use it to "unpack" meshes or something. Whatever that means... I couldn't figure out how to do it, and I'm not really even sure what it means. I just want to play Oblivion without breaking my immersion! It's the perfect game to play in my off time over here because I can play it forever and still have stuff to do.

I'm quite sure you didn't install the Fran's file with all the meshes and textures (535 MB). Get it here.

Use winRAR and unpack everything correctly, if that doesn't work try putting the meshes & textures in manually, I had the same problem with Bob's armory but I didn't unpack it like I should, there was still a folder named ''Data'' instead of everything being unpacked in meshes, textures and the Esp in the data folder, That should work. else try following the instructions given in the readme (If there are any, that is)

WinRAR can be DLed for free, just google it and it should be easy to find.
